Leckie Studio Architecture + Design is looking for a Visualization Specialist to join its studio in Vancouver, Canada. As a visualization specialist, you’ll be working directly with all members of the office to visualize, iterate and develop designs. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of 3DS Max and will have an efficient and flexible workflow.

Our 3D artists complete all roles of production ranging from 3D model translation, 3D modelling of buildings, environments, or large-scale masterplans, texture and material creation, lighting, interior design and styling, rendering, post-production and final output.

Responsibilities:

• working directly with the architecture team to create photo-real renderings for both design development and publication
• working alongside the visualization director to manage projects and asset libraries

Qualifications:

• education in and/or passion for creative disciplines including; architecture, photography, fine art, animation
• minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a professional architectural visualization role
• special consideration for those with work experience in British Columbia
• must reside in Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate
• must have working status in Canada

Excellent technical knowledge including:

• lighting, texturing and modelling within 3DS Max and Corona
• experience with ForestPack and RailClone
• proficient in Photoshop
• a portfolio that demonstrates a strong eye for composition
• fluency in English
