Benoy is hiring a Wayfinding Designer with 4+ years of experience. You’ll be based out of their office in London, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely twice a week. This is an opportunity for Benoy’s Wayfinding Designer to join a multidisciplinary team revolving around placemaking and environmental graphics — contributing to high profile projects across sectors while growing your skills in a collaborative, design-led studio. Benoy is looking for someone who is a committed designer that can work to tight deadlines and has strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop wayfinding designs from concept to detailed documentation
• Contribute to strategy reports, presentations, and project research
• Support project delivery, including factory and site visits during implementation
• Apply knowledge of wayfinding, information graphics, and built environment design
• Understand materials, finishes, and construction methods used in signage
• Collaborate with 3D and graphic designers to ensure cohesive, high-quality output
• Communicate ideas clearly and present work internally and to clients
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback effectively

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong conceptual, creative, and typographic skills in graphic design
• Understanding of key wayfinding principles and ability to interpret architectural drawings
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong team collaboration
• Fluent in English with high interpersonal and time management abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Sign Agent is a plus
