Resembling a traditional gas oven, the Platinum Series Induction Range from BlueStar has a matte-finish cooktop surface with six oversized cooking zones (two of 28 centimetres and four of 23 centimetres); a bridge function accommodates extra-large cookware.
The range also includes two True Convection ovens with eight cooking modes and more features.
