This portable table lamp by Menu has a strikingly simple shape that was inspired by a ship’s bollards. Designed by Copenhagen design and architecture studio Norm Architects, Column table lamp is cordless and so it can be moved where needed and the dimmable LED allows for three lighting levels to be set (it can be recharged via a USB charger).
Made from anodized aluminum with a bronzed finish, the lamp is lightweight, stands 17.5 centimetres tall and measures 0.7 centimetres across.
