A new addition to Italian furniture-maker Zanette’s wardrobe offerings, the Dandy swing door is defined by its simple yet precise detailing. The work of Italian architect and designer Adriano Castiglioni, the flat-fronted hinged door features a trapezoidal-shaped recessed handle, which is accentuated by a subtle grooved line that starts at the top left-hand corner and draws down and across towards the bottom right.

Using traditional cabinet-making and woodworking skills, the wardrobes are made from heat-treat oak and offers extensive customization opportunities behind the doors – options include fixed or removable glass or wooden shelves, hanging rails, trouser racks, pull-down rails, drawers and LED spotlights with integrated sensors.

Finish options include natural oak as well as 27 matte lacquer finishes that range from moody blues and greys to poppy pink, orange and yellow to more neutral white, cream and ivory tones. Furthering the personalization, the recessed handles can be finished to be tone-on-tone or contrasting with the rest of the door.

Dandy is available in four widths and two height options.
