Sleek, sculptural and ergonomic, the recently released Deck Chaise Lounge Chair from Austin-based Tupelo takes lounging by the poolside to new levels of comfort – and marks the first reclined-posture chair offered by the Austin, Texas-based outdoor furniture brand.

Crafted from marine-grade polyethylene, the Deck Chaise Lounge Chair has a seamless, unibody with gentle curves that naturally conform to a body’s contours while offering support for extended relaxation. 

The durable polyethylene resin material – the same used for whitewater kayaks and heavy-duty coolers – is waterproof, easy to clean with soap and water and UV-stable, meaning it won’t fade from sun exposure. 

An essential addition to pool decks and patios, the Deck Chaise Lounge Chair is also intended for in-pool use and can be confidently placed on baja or sun shelves – a small slot in the body allows it to fill with water to prevent buoyancy (at a maximum water depth of 22.8 centimetres). 

With its durable polyethylene material and rotationally moulded construction, the chaise is as suitable for use in high-traffic commercial and hospitality settings as in private residences. 

The Deck Chaise Lounge Chair is offered in three of Tupelo’s signature colourways: Highcloud White, Concrete Gray and Sandstone.
