A completely integrated performance seat, the Equation task chair from Allseating provides ergonomic support with minimal adjustments. Specifically developed to help reduce the negative effects of long-term sitting, the chair features a number of integrated mechanisms for superior comfort.

Designed to meet the physical and psychological demands of any work scenario — in-office, hybrid or fully remote — the Equation task chair includes Allseating’s patented back and lumbar angle adjustment technology with three easy settings (a neutral 103.5 degrees, “position 1” at 105.25 degrees and position 2 at 106.25 degrees) that offer intuitive support.

Push-buttons on the lower back frame operate the mechanism, allowing the user to push or pull the lower back nearer or further away from the body.

Along with this, the Equation task chair from Allseating provides custom comfort options with its integrated seat slider and a selectable range of weight-activated or synchro tilt mechanisms. This feature coordinates the movement of the seat and backrest at an optional ratio, which ensures continuous and effective support throughout the recline range while maintaining lower-body alignment. A weight-activated mechanism utilizes the user’s own weight, automatically adjusting to a comfortable sitting position and intuitively responding to an individual’s torque requirements.

The sleekly designed Equation task chair from Allseating is modern and versatile, available with a Black or Birch frame as well as an optional polished aluminum base; three breathable mesh patterns are offered in an array of colours.
