Formica Laminate

The fourteen latest Formica Laminate patterns include woodgrains, textiles and stone looks ready to elevate corporate interiors in fresh ways. To make Formica Laminate, kraft paper, which forms the core of the material, is impregnated with resin and pressed at high pressure and temperature together with a resin-impregnated “décor” paper, which not only gives it its colour and surface aesthetic but also provides high resistance to wear, impact, heat and stains.

Natural White Oak and Silver Maple are two recently added Formica Laminate woodgrain options that evoke a minimalist design aesthetic with a classic sensibility. These updated décors are excellent for furniture and cabinetry with their elegant layouts, arched cathedrals and fine detailing.

The interplay of visual and tactile textures generates a unique and pleasant sensory experience in an office setting. Ash Riftwood and Natural Riftwood designs feature this type of sensory texture with straight, structural lines and the low-lustre Natural Grain (-NG) finish. The even-textured woodgrain finish adds realism with a medium-pore design.

Conference rooms and private nooks designed with calming colour palettes and subtle biophilic elements support employee productivity and wellbeing. The aggregate-pebble design of Limed Siltstone is a warm, grey neutral, while Sisal Fabric and Raw Cloth capture the look of fabric with a natural essence.

Adding residential finishes to office spaces not only makes them warm and inviting, but it also fosters a sense of relaxation. Woods in rich browns and light neutrals can give offices a home-like feel that helps people do their best work. Brun Refined Hickory makes an impression in high-end cabinetry or accent walls, while the lighter Natural Refined Hickory is more subtle.

Offices with playful elements can establish a lively mood that employees respond well to during their workdays. Formica woodgrain laminate like Coco Tamarind or Fumed Maple creates a warm, inviting backdrop to highlight pops of colour and establish a lighthearted vibe in common spaces. Textile looks in soft green shades, like Pampas Cloth and Palma Fabric, infuse spaces with an organic feel while adding visual interest to diversify the overall design concept.

Engineered for durability and style while providing broad applicability from case goods and furniture to feature walls and cabinetry, Formica Laminate’s woodgrains and patterns offer fresh, versatile surface solutions for timeless commercial office design.
