Grand Sail

Drawing inspiration from the refined engineering of modern yachts, Gloster’s Grand Sail collection pairs sophistication with resilient outdoor performance. Conceived by designer Henrik Pedersen, the series captures the spirit of oceanic exploration while offering the grounded comfort of home, expressed through a calm and architectural silhouette.

Striking aluminum horizontals sweep into mast-like verticals finished in lightly textured Meteor or Bone powder coat. These support Gloster’s signature textile “sails” in Blend Coal or Blend Sand. Each fabric is tensioned over a secondary frame to create soft structure and visual lightness. Deep cushions and layered pillows bring a tactile warmth that defines the collection’s inviting character.

Grand Sail is modular in form, with a two-seater sofa, left and right end units, a centre unit and inline or freestanding side tables. Occasional tables echo the system’s clean geometry with matching frames and a choice of natural teak or durable ceramic tops.
