Pedrali‘s Héra collection, designed by Patrick Jouin and first introduced in 2019, has expanded with two exciting new additions: Héra Soft and Héra Straw.
Héra Soft echoes the elegant and fluid lines of the collection, introducing a new level of comfort and coziness. “The inspiration behind Héra Soft was to elevate the comfort while maintaining the characteristic visual lightness of the original Héra,” explains Jouin.
With an ash or American walnut frame, its elegant and ergonomic backrest is made of injected polyurethane foam. The wide seat is also made of injected polyurethane foam with elastic belts to maximize comfort.
The oval-shaped solid wood legs accommodate the curved and enveloping backrest. The attention to detail makes Héra Soft suitable for hospitality projects such as restaurants and hotels, or fit harmoniously into elegant living rooms.
Héra Straw further expands the collection, featuring a woven cellulose rope seat. Available in ash or American walnut, this armchair embodies the concept of lightness and comfort. The three-dimensional 6 mm thickness plywood backrest is easy to handle and has a remarkably elegant and ergonomic design.
The cellulose rope seat is hand-woven in Italy, and gives the armchair a warmer and natural look. A waterproof treatment ensures greater resistance and easy maintenance. The oval-shaped legs are fully integrated into the backrest, to visually recall a wooden sculpture. Héra Straw is suitable for both hospitality and residential spaces.
The wooden elements of Pedrali’s Héra Soft and Héra Straw armchairs are FSC C114358 certified and lacquered with water-based coatings composed mostly of plant-derived resins.
