Italian manufacturer of high-quality shower enclosures Duka recently introduced freestanding options for two of its technically advanced series – the Libero 4000 and the Libero 3000. Combing comfort, safety and elegance, Duka shower enclosures enhance daily well-being through attention to detail, customization and a high level of performance.
The Libero 4000 is a walk-in shower defined by either a glass wall or door, which separates the shower area from the rest of the bathroom. Combining a minimalist design with technological advancements, the Libero 4000 shower enclosures from Duka now feature different opening systems that include a pivot door and a bi-folding door.
With these new freestanding models, a support bar is perfectly aligned with the height of the enclosure, a detail that provides adaptability, stability and security along with ease of assembly. Discreet profiles have a variety of adjustment options and hinges and are placed on the exterior of the enclosure to enhance the streamlined appearance and maximize space within the shower area.
No raised components or other obstacles interfere with the smooth inner surface, making it easy to clean and maintain. Versions are available with six-millimetre- or eight-millimetre-thick safety glass, which allow for heights of 210 centimetres and 225 centimetres, respectively. A black profile option that lends a contemporary sophistication is also available.
With the expansion of the Libero 3000 shower enclosure series, Duka has added a support arm that can be installed at either 30- or 90-degrees, depending on the selected model and specific requirements. Well-suited to compact spaces, the glass walls visually amplify the space by capturing and reflecting light.
The Libero 3000 series also now includes a pivot door as well as a unique island configuration, a profile-free solution (with six- or eight-millimetre-thick tempered safety glass) and the the ability to glue hinges to the wall using UV Brilliant technology.
Multiple glass options are offered for both the Libero 4000 and the Libero 3000 shower enclosures from Duka – Transparent, Satin, Parsol Grey, Privé and Nebula are available for both while the Libero 4000 series also includes Cincillà and Nubes as options. Finish choices for the metal components are Silver Matte, Silver High Polish and Black.
