Similar in overall form, the Madam and Milady armchairs by multidisciplinary design studio Radice Orlandini complement one another while preserving independent personalities.
Madam is composed of three “petals” that widen as they reach the ground, with the taller central piece serving as a backrest and the two lower ones gracefully turn out to form the armrests. The thin petals are separated from each other to maintain a visual lightness.
Offering an airy alternative, Milady features exposed sculptural legs extending from a central base, with the petals configured in the same manner as Madam. The two chairs can be simultaneously mixed into modern settings, from boardrooms and restaurant spaces to meeting areas and lobbies.
