Nest armchair Rimadesio

The Nest armchair from Rimadesio is one part of a larger collection devised by Italian architect and designer Giuseppe Bavuso with the intent of offering “maximum stylistic coherence” to living spaces.

Nest armchair Rimadesio

Consisting of chairs, tables and armchairs, the full collection by Giuseppe Bavuso is perfectly aligned with the overall design concept of Rimadesio, and is based on an idea of modernity coupled with a refined attention to detail. Despite their differences in function, typology and technical characteristics, each piece in the series shares a common strong personality and high-level craftsmanship.

With the Nest armchair from Rimadesio, that shines through with its elegant and refined aesthetic. Soft and sinuous lines define the swivel-based armchair, which was conceived from an initial merging of the backrest shell and the base.

The gently curved backrest of the Nest armchair reaches all the way to the base in one continuous movement, while also wrapping around the seat to form integrated armrests.

Rimadesio’s attention to detail and fine craftsmanship is evident in the quality of the upholstery textiles, which are complemented by eye-catching contrasting leather piping trim. To comfortably support the sitter, the Nest armchair features padding in different densities distributed throughout its body.

Versatile by nature, the Nest armchair from Rimadesio is available in multiple iterations: fully upholstered with fabric or internally upholstered with a leather or wood external backrest panel. The leather piping traces the outer edges of the backrest shell and arms as well as the front edge of the seat.
