Made from sculpted steel, the Oval fireplace from Ortal is intended to reimagine the traditional fireplace through a modern and inspired design. The visually impactful fireplace can be fully suspended or wall-mounted, suiting a range of interior settings – including contemporary residential, hospitality and commercial – styles and sizes.
In keeping with the luxury fireplace manufacturer’s continuing embrace of organic, soft shapes and gentle curves, Oval allows for more creative freedom in interior design and architecture.
The Oval fireplace from Ortal utilizes the brand’s Direct Vent technology, which is a sealed system that ensures cleaner, safer and more efficient heating and maintains superior indoor air quality. The appliance also features an advanced Power Vent system, meaning it can be installed in previously restrictive areas since the exhaust is moved away from the fireplace for increased venting range. Further, the suspended or wall-mounted fireplace is also equipped with the brand’s smart Heat Control system that transfers heat to different rooms to optimize comfort and efficiency throughout the home.
Using either natural gas (NG) or liquified petroleum gas (LPG), the Oval fireplace has a micro mesh screen heat barrier that does not obscure views into the flame element, which enhances the modern and clean-lined look of the unit. The standard matte black exterior is complemented by the black reflective glass interior; the fireplace can be controlled with a remote or through wifi.
