Made by hand using traditional methods, the individual bone china tiles that define the Shard chandelier by Original BTC feature a raised ribbed surface that maximizes translucency and a contrasting inner smooth side that enhances illumination.
Suspended from a slender laser-cut steel frame, the ceramic tiles surround a frosted glass disc, with three bulbs that cast an ambient glow onto and through the delicate material, creating a soft diffused illumination.
Shard is offered in two variations – Shard 100, which includes 42 tiles, and Shard 70, with 30 tiles – and available in white and biscuit colourways.
