The AZURE Houses issue returns in 2026 with stunning, innovative residential projects from Canada and around the world. Plus, we take a look at that seeming relic of the past: the mall.

Red sofa with red table

With the Trim series for Stylex, California-based designer Chris Adamick reimagines classic nesting tables to address the needs of today’s ever-evolving workspaces. Lightweight and versatile, the pieces are offered with two base variations – one with a closed steel-tube loop for standalone set-ups and one where a corner has been removed, which allows for multiple tables to be layered together.

Mix-and-match by design, the tables come in six widths and seven heights and a wide selection of surfaces materials that range from hardwood (white oak or walnut), powder-coated steel (in 26 colourways) and Caesarstone quartz or solid surfaces (10 organic-looking options) to back-painted glass (in black or white), Wilsonart laminates (in five wood patterns or five solid colours) and Fenix laminates (in five shades of grey); both base iterations are available in 26 powder-coated colours.
