Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technologist:
- Planning, design, document production and coordination
- Technical review and code compliance
- Construction documentation
- Construction Administration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology
- 3+ years related experience
- Proficiency with BIM/Revit and other graphic software programs
- Knowledge of local planning by-laws and the Ontario Building Code
- Strong building science background and understanding of constructability issues
- Some Construction Administration experience
- Excellent communicator
