KPF is recruiting an Intermediate Architect with five or more years of experience to join its team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the design team members for a complex scale mixed use project
• Interpret, organise, execute and coordinate assignments
• Monitor the delivery of the project with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm wide standards
• Coordinate with specialist consultants
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphic design software for the production of construction drawings, visualisation and presentation materials
• Develop and monitor architectural plans and drawings with compliance to local codes and regulations, environmental rules, safety issues and other design and construction-related factors

Required Skills and Architecture

• Master of architecture degree or foreign post-graduate equivalent in architecture, architectural design or related field
• Possess 5+ years of relevant work experience in a leading design and/or technical role on large, complex mixed use projects
• Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment
• able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, SketchUp, InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma
• Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus
• Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation, planning and documentation skills in English
