Smart Density is seeking responsible and reliable facilitators, ideally young professionals or recent grads of an urban planning program.

Event Details

• September 10: Opening Reception event support (2:00 p.m.)
• September 12: Table facilitation, with top industry leaders (8:00 a.m.) – this will include running an AI transcription software to capture the conversation and keep track of the time.

Location: 660 Dundas St East, Toronto, Ontario
Honorarium (per event): $100 for 4-5 hours (TTC fare included)

Requirements

Must bring your laptop (if you don’t have one, please let Smart Density know).

How to Apply

In an email, introduce yourself and why you would like to join as one or both roles. Please include five things that could go wrong on the morning of the event and how you would solve each issue that arises. Resume/portfolio/cover letter are not necessary.
