Morphosis is seeking a Designer/Job Captain with exceptional design sensibility and strong technical expertise for their collaborative Culver City studio. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a project Partner at multiple scales.

Key Responsibilities

• A Designer/Job Captain will contribute to all Morphosis design phases, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation
• Coordinate with Morphosis Architects engineers, consultants and internal team members to effectively develop comprehensive design and documentation packages
• Captain design of high-quality Morphosis deliverables under tight schedules with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 3–7 years of architectural job experience
• A strong background in design and documentation phases
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit; candidates must be able to efficiently use Revit for design development, coordination and documentation
• Proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is expected
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to captain and thrive in a team-oriented hands-on environment
• Familiarity with MicroStation, Digital Project/CATIA, scripting or programming is a plus
