The iF Design Award 2027 honours outstanding design and brings it to a global stage. Since 1954, the internationally recognized iF label has distinguished designers who challenge conventions, rethink systems and turn ideas into meaningful experiences.

With more than 10,000 entries each year, the iF Design Award 2027 ranks among the world’s most prestigious competitions for creative excellence. Winning an iF Design Award puts your work in the global spotlight — increasing visibility, strengthening credibility and elevating your reputation. More than an award, it is a mark of design leadership and a gateway to new opportunities.

Jury Process

The iF Design Award jury process is divided into two stages: An online preselection, sorting out about 50 percent of all entries — and a physical final jury, deciding on the winners.

All entries are evaluated based on five updated criteria, developed together with a team of international design experts. Each juror enters his or her detailed assessment of each entry into the iF Digital Jury Tool, which will then be available to all participants as a feedback chart.
