Founded in Brussels in 2017, the Collectible Design Fair 2024 will make its debut in New York this September, highlighting local galleries and designers alongside their European counterparts. Dedicated to contemporary collectible design, Collectible provides show space for design galleries and institutions alongside independent studios, while a curated section invites participation from emerging designers.

In order to keep Collectible’s concept coherent, works presented are either unique pieces, bespoke commissions or limited editions, pieces are functional or have functionality in mind during the process and all works need to have been produced recently, while premieres are favoured. Earlier in 2024, the Brussels edition of the Collectible Design Fair saw 125 exhibitors, including Max Radford Gallery and The Netherlands’ Dirk van der Kooij.
