Looking to the future, it’s clear that designers and design thinking will be hugely impactful, leading the charge on changes to healthcare, workplace, institutions, education, and of course the home. We may not yet have all the answers, or even the questions in terms of “what’s next,” but we do know that design is forward and future-facing. It is imperative that design is at the forefront of the brave new world. Global leaders in design join IIDA to discuss the current state of the industry several months into the crisis, and to consider what is still to come.
