As NAK Design Strategies continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated goal-oriented 3D Visualization Technologist (Project Coordinator) with strong technical and graphic communication skills to join our Toronto office. In this position, you will be part of an integrated team assisting with many facets of urban design and planning development services from visioning and master planning to the development of presentation materials and supporting documents for a variety of clients and projects. As a member of the NAK team, you will be engaged in a collaborative and supportive work structure within a unique architectural and urban design environment located in a great neighbourhood. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of 3D perspective renderings, architectural models, 2D master plan renderings, marketing site plans and urban design document support graphics

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized technologist or degree program
• Strong 3D modelling and rendering aptitude
• Able to efficiently develop 3D models from architectural elevations and photographs
• Ability to work on multiple projects with aggressive delivery schedules
• Team player
• Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 0 – 5 years of experience
• Active listener
• Proficiency in the following:
  • AutoCAD
  • Lumion
  • SketchUp
  • 3D Studio MAX (Vray)
  • 3D CAD Modeling
  • Adobe Creative Suite
• An understanding of urban design and landscape architecture would be considered an asset
• Proficiency in the following considered an asset:
  • Revit
  • Hand Graphics
