Coldefy is seeking talented mid-level or senior architects to join its team in Lille, France to work on projects in France and internationally. Coldefy is an award-winning, international architectural firm that creates balanced environmental, urban, and social compositions that push the boundaries for cities and life.

Professional requirements:

• professional architecture degree (master or equivalent)
• five to ten years of experience in professional practice, ideally with experience in international, design-oriented practices
• strong computer skills with 2D and 3D software capabilities, particularly with fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe suite
• excellent design and communication skills with a good technical understanding
• ability to multi-task, with a proactive and positive attitude
• experience with French building permit process is beneficial

Personal requirements:

• job is based in Lille, France, a dynamic and vibrant city connected directly by train with Brussels, Paris, and London
• French and/or English language abilities
• ability to work in EU
• position to be filled as soon as possible and on a permanent basis

Compensation:

Salary and benefits based on the French national collective agreement for architectural firms, depending on profile and experience. Holiday in accordance with French labor laws, five weeks per year.
