Hux London is hiring a bespoke kitchen designer to join its team in London.

Hux is currently recruiting for an experienced kitchen sales designer to join our award-winning and vibrant team. Prospective candidates for this role must have a min of two years’ sales design experience with a high-end bespoke kitchen company.

About the role:

The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for kitchen design and proven sales and client-handling skills.

They will have strong experience in designing intricate bespoke kitchens, both direct from a client brief and also from concept drawings from third party interior designers/architects. We require a min of two years’ direct experience with a high-end bespoke kitchen company.

We predominantly use SketchUp for design development and client sign-off drawings, at which point they are passed to our production designer who uses Cabinet Vision to translate these into production drawings. SketchUp experience is desirable but not essential.

Our designers also act as project managers throughout the design process, arranging samples and taking responsibility for all client comms until the drawings are passed into production, when the project is handed onto the installations team. One of the main aspects of the role therefore is client liaison, so the successful candidate will be extremely presentable, highly organised, a clear communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Full training will be provided and there is huge scope for career progression for the right candidate.

Salary/commission negotiable depending on experience.
