22 System has introduced six new colourways for its collection of innovative outlets and electrical components designed by Omer Arbel.

Inspired by the Pacific Northwest – where the brand launched by Bocci is headquartered — and directly referencing Arbutus Tree, 1922 by renowned Canadian post-impressionist painter Emily Carr — the six new colourways (Forest, Khaki, Ice, Carob, Oxblood and Dove) were developed in response to the need for interior wall accessories that express contemporary warmth and a connection to the natural world.

These new additions expand the 22 System palette, which already includes neutral hues of White, Black, Almond and Grey, to 10 colours.

Fusing refined aesthetics with practical functionality, the UL-Listed flush-mount electrical and data devices available from 22 System have been crafted in collaboration with architects, stone masons and concrete-formwork experts to ensure seamless and flush integration of the outlets in concrete, drywall, millwork and stone.

Elevating the humble outlet, the new colourways from 22 System are ideal for use in modern architectural projects and are easy to install and maintain.

Packaged in kits according to building material – drywall, concrete and multi-material – the 22 System family includes double outlets, single outlets, USB-C and USB-A ports; the kits can include multiple combinations of each version. The components are available in three lengths (short, medium or long) and are offered with multi-material mounting plates that can accommodate a range of finish material thickness.

Founded by Omer Arbel in 2009, 22 System reimagines conventional electrical products and accessories in order to minimize visual noise and to foster a curated and cohesive interior right down to the finer details – or, as the brand states, “propelling a necessity to a luxury.”
