Kallista recently introduced Bandeau, the brand’s inaugural series in its new decorative showering category. Characterized by artful materiality and a distinguished design, Bandeau reimagines and redefines what a contemporary showerhead can be. 

Influenced by the opulent headdresses and other wearable ornamentation of ancient Egyptian deities, Bandeau by Kallista is available in two designs – a rain showerhead and a wall-mount showerhead, with each expressing its own unique form and elegant adornment options. 

Referencing the craftsmanship behind Neoclassical architectural details like columns, the embellishment “sash” of the Bandeau showerheads has a fluted surface, which is achieved by meticulously hand-carving a single piece of White Carrara or Nero Marquina marble (a smooth metal sash is also available). 

The multiple showerheads offered in the Bandeau collection include: An elliptical chandelier or halo mount, the latter giving the showerhead a floating appearance, as well as an air-induction showerhead (that infuses the water stream with air to create larger droplets of water) with a specially engineered split-water channel (to accommodates the showerhead’s oblong form) and pivoting spray face; and an oval rain showerhead with optional extension mounts that allows the fixture to be suspended at two heights beyond standard flush. 

Made from quality solid brass, Bandeau from Kallista is offered in a variety of finishes: Polished Chrome, Matte Black, Unlacquered Black, Brushed French Gold, Polished Nickel, Polished Graphite, Brushed Bronze, Brushed Nickel and Brushed Graphite.
