Barozzi Veiga, founded by Fabrizio Barozzi and Alberto Veiga in Barcelona in 2004, works internationally on both public and private commissions, with a focus on cultural, civic and educational buildings. Its work – which includes a building for Ravensbourne University in London’s Design District and the Musée cantonal des Beaux-Arts Lausanne – has been widely exhibited and published in the specialist press.

Barozzi Veiga's Artists' Ateliers in London's Design District has a steel facade with a mirrored finish

The practice is consciously international in its outlook, employing approximately 25 people from different countries, working from a 19th-century apartment in the centre of Barcelona. Most of its collaborators have grown professionally within the practice, allowing it to have a strong experience of working in a collaborative manner with a wide range of perspectives.

This lecture takes place at 6pm at MD Anderson Hall, Farish Gallery.
