Beginning as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, 3daysofdesign 2026 now extends to the entire city of Copenhagen – and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia and Northern Europe. In 2025, 3DaysofDesign featured over 400 brands and 500 events and welcomed over 45,000 visitors, who attended various design districts across Copenhagen, including design talks, product launches and networking.
The theme of 3daysofdesign 2026 is Make This Moment Matter, “a positive form of empowerment, urging people to create something with a purpose that’s meaningful,” says CEO and Managing Director, Signe Byrdal Terenziani. “As a design community, we have the wherewithal to make a difference. We have each other. It takes courage to create, and I hope Make This Moment Matter gives designers the impetus to be proactive, and to take action without all the answers.”
