The New York Institute of Technology presents Building Environments of Care. This lecture event will explore how architecture can nurture well-being, transforming public spaces into havens of comfort and healing. Maria Perbellini will introduce Building Environments of Care, and the event speaker will be Benedetta Tagliabue. As co-founder and Principal Architect of EMBT Architects, Tagliabue is renowned for thoughtful materiality and organic forms in her architectural projects. She will discuss how embracing renaturalization, reuse and human-centered design allow us to redefine cities as places of care combining nature and architecture to cultivate belonging.
