Design Week Mexico is a platform that promotes and contributes to the local design scene. Each year, through its programming, it encourages analysis and reflection on local challenges with global relevance from a design perspective. This year’s festival, centred around the theme “Design is the Answer” features three programs.

The Design House program invites renown Mexican architects and interior designers to intervine spaces within a home in Mexico City. The Inédito program welcomes proposals for utilitarian design to push the boundaries The Vision & Tradition program highlights the collaboration between contemporary design and traditional craft. This year, DWM showcases unique perspectives from the culturally rich state of Oaxaca.
