From September 10 to 14, Maison&Objet explores the creative energies reshaping contemporary design.
Across the Paris trade show, seven sectors set the tone: Cook & Share, Decor & Design, Fine Craft — métiers d’art, Wellness & Beauty, Fragrance & Ambiance, Fashion & Accessories, Gift & Play.
The theme of this fall’s edition is “Pulse in Motion.” Building off that, design duo Studio Masquespacio will be exploring a vibrant, colour-rich vision of tomorrow’s design through two installations — one at the show, and one in the city. The studio is also setting the tone for the show’s overall identity by designing key visuals for the autumn edition.
Meanwhile, the fair’s Design District section, again led by the French design collective Hall Haus, will spotlight innovative materials and next-generation creative voices.
And beyond the fairgrounds, Paris Design Week transforms Paris into a 10-day design playground from September 10-19. The 3rd arrondissement will be a key destination, with special exhibitions dedicated to collectible design, craft and — at Paris Design Week Factory — emerging international designers.
