Our hyper-accelerated world has impacted the way we live, work, and create. How might we use design as a tool for care, and reimagine a more equitable and sustainable future? Join designer, writer, and curator Georgina Johnson, editor of The Slow Grind: Finding Our Way Back to Creative Balance, for an interactive two-session workshop, where you will unpack this idea through the lens of race and wellbeing, intersectional environmentalism, equity, and psychological safety. This is a two-session workshop. Throughout the workshops, participants will co-produce a digital or physical zine and be invited to explore Cooper Hewitt’s Design and Healing exhibition.
