Sustainable Design Summit Manhattan hotel banquet hall

The Sustainable Design Summit 2022 brings together brand owners, designers, and trusted suppliers from across cruise, hotel, and aircraft interiors to cross-pollinate ideas alongside leading sustainability experts. Sustainable Design Summit 2022 is the first event of its kind to unite these three sectors to discuss sustainability as it dominates conversations and market drivers. The attendees of this unique event will benefit from additional learning and networking opportunities with the interior design community.

The one-day Summit provides an industry-leading Conference Programme with Keynotes, interactive breakout sessions, and Roundtables. Topics include common challenges across sea, air and land-based interiors, circular design, sustainability infrastructure, sustainable decision-making, and more. The event also features a hand-selected product showcase and numerous networking opportunities allowing delegates to develop their knowledge, discover new products, and create new relationships across the sectors.

The Sustainable Design Summit has been carefully curated to:

  • Inspire – dive into real-world examples and case studies celebrating truly sustainable design
  • Educate – discover different perspectives and approaches, new materials, and innovative thinking which together create tangible outcomes
  • Guide – build on the broad principles of sustainable design and create a roadmap for future projects
  • Collaborate – have new and necessary conversations with buyers and suppliers across the cruise, hotel, and aircraft interiors sectors

All participants will also be invited to the Official Opening Party for Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe that very same evening. The goal of Sustainable Design Summit is to challenge existing practices, ask questions, and together create practical solutions and sustainability wins.
