Pico Architecture is seeking a Registered Architect in Manitoba with at least five years experience, who is well-skilled in the technical aspects of the profession.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design for long-term environmental and social impact
• Consult directly with clients and invested groups
• Collaborate with team of registered architects to draw on each other’s strengths
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans
• Manage a team of Pico Architecture consultants to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration

• Strong sustainability expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• A visionary and practical client-first mindset
• Exceptional design planning
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, schematics and other construction documentation
• Deep knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Manitoba
• Proficiency in design software (Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office etc.)
