Seeking to honour the character of Little Italy in its Grand Mulberry project, architect Morris Adjmi worked with Glen-Gery to develop 56-DD, a custom version of its hand-moulded orange-red bricks. Studded bubbles represent the neighbourhood’s traditional tripartite facades in an abstract way.
