For his first collaboration with Davis Furniture, Italian designer Mario Ferrarini emphasized both form and function with the multi-use Ariel seating series. 

Suitable for use in such high-traffic environments as meeting rooms, cafés and educational spaces, the seating marries a durable and sculptural steel base with grained wood elements that gently taper and are attached with no visible hardware, forming a graceful silhouette. 

Available in chair and barstool versions, each of which can be stacked five high, Ariel’s wood seat and back can be specified in oak or walnut veneer (with an optional upholstered seat pad) and the steel base can be chrome or powder-coated in nine colourways.
