German shading specialist Markilux recently introduced eight new awning panel colours to its robust portfolio of smart awning offerings.
The new palette of awning panel colours for select products in the MX series (MX-1, MX-3 and MX-4) as well as the Markilux 970 offers bold and bright options to customize the front and side panels of the awning frame in colours that complement or contrast with the actual awning canopy.
Both the MX series and the Markilux 970 are cassette awnings and feature a panel that contains the retractable awning when not in use. This set-up provides seamless intergration and a design-forward aesthetic. When extracted, the awning canopy makes an indelible statement in outdoor settings, whether a subdued neutral, an energetic hue or anything in between. In short, with this expansion of the awning panel colours, Markilux provides an even more flexible opportunity to create personlized outdoor environments.
The awning shading solutions from Markilux can be customized for colour and are made from either Sunsilk (which has a silky smooth surface), acrylic or Sunvas (with a high textile character and natural look); offer UPF 50+ sun protection (the highest possible); are self-cleaning (meaning dirt particles are absorbed by water droplets and simply bead off the surface; are bonded for superb water, light and heat resistancy; and are free from harmful dyes and chemicals to be certified according to OEKO-TEX standard 100.
The new awning panel colours from Markilux are Carmine Red, Golden Yellow, Deep Orange, Pale Green, Steel Blue, New Champagne, Light Ivory and Jet Black.
