In the modern, fast-paced work environment, finding a quiet place can be a challenge. That’s where Calm comes in — a versatile new privacy screen collection designed by Union Design for KFI Studios to bring both privacy and space division to bustling workplaces.

Crafted from recycled plastic felt, Calm features a fluted design with a refined felt texture. The collection consists of three screens: a straight screen, a straight screen with a rounded end and a curved screen. Each straight screen comes equipped with a steel base, allowing it to stand freely while also being easy to move around the office as needs change.
Beyond their standalone functionality, the screens can be connected in various ways to form customized configurations. The curved connecting screen brings the option of adding softer, more organic shapes to these setups.
Designed with integrated slots on the edges of the screens, joining brackets are used to connect them together. Options include L-shaped, U-shaped, T-shaped, Zigzag, Star or Round configurations, offering possibilities for dividing spaces based on specific work needs — whether for individual work or group collaboration.
The screens come in three neutral colours — Charcoal, Grey and Stone — ensuring they integrate beautifully into a variety of interior styles. The steel base is available in black powder coat.
Calm is compatible with other KFI Studios furniture collections including the Conversa Modular Lounge and Dotti Lounge. The screens can be used around or between Conversa seats, and the curved screen can be wrapped around the Dotti lounge chair.
