Originally an outdoor kilim rug made from recycled plastic-material fibres, Diamond by Belgian designer Charlotte Lancelot for Gan has been reconceived for indoor settings.
With its striking octagonal shape – a direct reference to the faceted gemestone it’s named for – the rug makes a suitably strong impression in any interior setting.
Made from hand-tufted virgin wool with a cotton backing, the new version features the same gradated transparency in three naturally toned combinations – Blue-Brown, Green-Grey and Orange-Wine.
Furthering its appeal, the super-plush and highly durable floor covering introduces a layer of thermal and sound insulation to rooms, helping to reduce energy consumption and ambient noise.
