Delightful and adaptable, the new Dot light collection from modern lighting design brand SkLO explores and expands the possibilities of colour in hand-blown glass.
The Dot light from SkLO is comprised of spherical diffusers in candy-hued handblown glass and circular brass canopies in multiple finishes. Individually, the pieces exude precise craftsmanship and, together, they form playful yet sophisticated light fixtures.
Minimal and graphic, the Dot lights are flush-mounted on walls and ceilings and are available in three versions – with one, two or three handblown Czech glass diffusers. A portfolio of nine opaque colourways is available: Apricot, Celadon, Flamingo, Light Beige, Linden Tree Green, New Blue, Oyster, Pastel Green and White. The colours can be mixed and matched in numerous ways to create custom fixtures that range from rich and sophisticated to vibrant and punchy.
As each of the flattened sphere bulbs is hand-crafted, no two are alike. This means each and every Dot light fixture is one-of-a-kind, adding to their interest and statement-making status.
Furthering the customizable nature of the Dot light collection from SkLO, the brass canopy backplates can be finished in brushed brass, brushed nickel, dark oxidized and polished nickel.
With a maximum depth of 10-centimetres, the one-, two- and three-bulb Dot light fixtures meet ADA accessibility requirements for use in public and commercial spaces when used as a wall sconce.
