Developed in collaboration with menswear designer Jhane Barnes, the Fabricate carpet collection features a patented technique devised by Barnes: A series of tiny repeating modules were flipped and rotated to give the impression of a near solid visual. Each six-foot repeat actually includes more than a thousand motifs, with the resulting patterning effectively concealing dirt and stains. 

Intended for such commercial environments as offices, education institutions and hospitality spaces, the overall neutral palette (some brighter tones are woven throughout) allows the collection to easily coordinate with other flooring surfaces. 

The Fabricate series includes 18 mostly neutral colourways in multiple sizes of modular tile (from 22.8 x 91.4 to 60.9 x 60.9 centimetres) for application in smaller spaces and 1.8-x-32-metre rolls with Powerbond backing for quick installation in large spaces. 

Part of the brand’s Restart Reclamation program, the solution-dyed nylon modules are 100 per cent recyclable.
