Designtex recently added three new patterns to it extensive line of coated fabrics: Facet, Swift and Wayside. Devised to inject interior spaces with dimension and texture, the new coated fabrics are durable and easy-to-clean, making them ideal for high-traffic healthcare, educational, hospitality and workspace environments.
Detailed and expressive, the Facet, Swift and Wayside coated fabrics from Designtex have a realistic woven look and are available in a combined 44 colourways. All three patterns are influenced by biophilic principles.

Facet features a nature-inspired fractal pattern and a high-performance construction. Defined by intricate linework, the continuous, self-repeating pattern mimics those found in nature that have been proven to reduce stress and have a calming effect on the mind. The 100 per cent polyurethane upholstery fabric is offered in 16 colourways: Barley, Truffle, Yuzu, Aquarium, Lagoon, Skylark, Oceanside, Constellation, Topiary, Succulent, Rosemary, Light Lilac, Amaretto, Solstice, Owl and Shadow.

With Swift, soft geometry and layered textures are abstract references to leaves and hills and help to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Made from 100 per cent vinyl (without harmful phthalates), the upholstery fabric introduces dimension and a soothing rhythm with a textural overlay. Available in six colourways: Glow, Mesa, Colorwheel, Skylight, Blueprint and Slate.

Wayside has the appearance of a nuanced weave and injects a dose of visual warmth, depth and dimension. With a soft, calming appeal, the 100 per cent polyurethane upholstery fabric is available in 13 colourways: Yellow, Coral Orange, Medium Blue, Sky, Blue, Light Cyan, Cerulean, Avocado, Mulberry, Off White, Grey, Silver and Charcoal.
