Feeney, the manufacturer of high-quality architectural products and cable railings, has partnered with California-based designer Kerrie Kelly for the Feeney x Kerrie Kelly DesignRail LaserCut collection of indoor/outdoor panels that can be used for architectural elements like railings, partitions or statement features.
The Feeney x Kerrie Kelly DesignRail LaserCut collection features nine complex patterns, each inspired by iconic architectural elements, global textures and timeless motifs. Crafted from 3/16-inch aluminum and laser-cut with precision, the panels are low-maintenance and highly durable and introduce a distinct visual language in any setting.
Influenced by unique cues, the nine individual designs within the collection include:
Right This Way (shown above), a polished statement-making design inspired by herringbone and other quintessential menswear patterns; and Brick by Brick, which references traditional European brickwork to provide an element of classic architecture with a modern edge.
The woven cane- and rattan-inspired Raising Cane, a warm and inviting pattern that adds artisanal beauty to modern spaces; the playful yet elegant Perfectly Preppy, which riffs on argyle and harlequin motifs for a fresh perspective on elegance.
Mixing vertical and horizontal facets and reminiscent of a soundboard, Pumps Up the Volume commands attention with its dynamic linear expression; the intricate design of Bob and Weave pays homage to the artistry of basketweave textures with an inherent depth and sophistication.
The collection continues with Out of this World, a harmonious blending of organic and structural beauty the depicts the fluidity of natural forms merging with the astonishing architecture of Spain’s Basílica de la Sagrada Família; with bold curves and undeniable art deco influence, Ahead of the Curve has a rhythmic and impactful design; and, finally, Mad for Plaid celebrates both the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and the sophistication of Ralph Lauren’s fashion through a tartan-inspired structured style.
