First designed in 2014 by Denmark’s Iskos-Berlin, the Fiber Chair featured an innovative shell that was made from plastic and wood fibres and had a soft-to-the-touch matte texture. The next generation shares that attention to materials while improving its environmental impact.

Maintaining its iconic shape, the new version is made from a combination of recycled plastic content (at a minimum of 80 per cent, and sourced from post-industrial waste from eyewear manufacturing) and FSC-certified wood fibres.

Available in armchair and side chair iterations, Fiber comes in Black, Dusty Green, Grey, Ochre and White. Base options include four-leg wood or metal tube, sled, A-base and swivel (the last option with or without castors).

Sculptural and shapely, it suits all manner of settings, including offices, hotels, educational institutions, restaurants and even the home.
