For those who may not be naturals when it comes to cooking, the Flex induction cooktop by Gaggenau helps eliminate the guesswork. Its intuitive surface will automatically adjust the heat zone to the size of pot placed on top, can increase frying heat incrementally but evenly, and will adjust temperature levels (using an attachable sensor) to prevent boil-overs or scorching. Available in widths of 30 and 36 inches and with or without a stainless steel frame, the heat zones can be used individually or combined into one large cooking surface.  $5,550.
