When conceiving the Flora chair, Italy’s Studio Pastina looked to nature for colour and shape inspiration: Flora’s voluminous shell mimics the form of a flower’s corolla, with the slender yet sturdy base acting as its stem. 

Designed to be appreciated at every angle, the chairs metal tubular base presents a structural play of right angles that contrasts with the curves of the shell.
