Expanding on its outdoor furniture offerings, the new foldable collection by Børge Mogensen is comprised of tables and benches that highlight the Dutch designer’s functionalist leaning.

Originally designed by Mogensen in 1971 for his own garden, the recreated wood-slat furniture expresses simple yet precise designs; the height of the pieces have been increased to meet modern-day requirements and the narrow frames are such that no one’s comfort will be compromised by the tables’ legs.

Made from untreated teak, the Shaker-style benches and tables are easily folded up and locked in place with stainless steel screws (also used for the furniture joints) to take up a minimal amount of space when not in use.
