Known for its diverse and technically advanced gas fireplaces, New Zealand company Escea is now accessible to the North American market. To suit a variety of houses and lifestyles, Escea offers a wide range of fireplace models, including frameless single-sided and multi-sided models to linear, double-sided and see-through versions.

Single-sided Escea fireplaces can be placed just about anywhere, including underneath a window, within an external wall, in an island, tucked into a corner or in the middle of an open space to serve as a room divider.

The single- and double-sided Escea KS55 Mesh Barrier gas fireplace features innovative heat technology that directs warmth out the front without the need for ductwork. With no distracting grills, the minimalist design puts the focus on the burning fire; for enhanced safety, the room-sealed glass window is finished with a mesh screen barrier.

A larger single-sided option is the KS75 Glass Barrier fireplace, which features high-end finishes, seamless joins and an expansive double-layered glass window.

Both the KS55 Mesh Barrier and the KS75 Glass Barrier gas fireplaces have a Zero Clearance rating with flexible venting options and a diverse palette of cladding materials, ranging from marble to timber. The low clearance also allows for a TV to be installed a mere 20 centimetres above the fireplace.

Escea also designs and manufactures a number of elegant wood and electric fireplaces to offer a range of high-performance heating solutions that double as design statements.
